Workshop on Study Findings Sharing
*Workshop on Study Findings Sharing and Action Plan Development for Disability-Inclusive Climate Resilient Livelihoods*
We are excited to share that DCF organized a workshop on 30th September 2024 at the CSS Ava Center, Khulna, under the DIDRM Project, jointly implemented by Caritas Bangladesh and Disabled Child Foundation (DCF), with support from CBM Global Disability.
The workshop focused on sharing key study findings and developing an action plan to promote disability-inclusive climate-resilient livelihoods. The two key studies discussed were:
1. **Market System and Value Chain Analysis** to identify disability-inclusive climate-resilient livelihood options.
2. **Mapping of Key Livelihoods, Stakeholders, and Disability-Inclusive Livelihood Options** affected by climate change.
Participants, including persons with disabilities, DMC members, SHG members, UP members, UP chairpersons, government officials, and market actors, engaged in a hands-on process of developing a practical Action Plan based on the study recommendations.
Together, we are paving the way for a more inclusive and resilient future!
