✨SHIFT Campaign Youth Leadership Co-creation Workshop, and Capacity Building Training for youth (Including Youth with Disabilities) ✨
Over 19–21 December 2025, an inclusive and engaging series of workshops & training for youth leaders was successfully held at Hotel Lake Castle, Gulshan-2, Dhaka.
On 19 December, a Co-creation Workshop brought together 45 participants (Female: 15, Male: 17), including 37 youth leaders—representing youth with visual, hearing, and physical disabilities, alongside youth without disabilities. Together, they collaboratively shaped the SHIFT Campaign, ensuring youth voices—especially of those with disabilities—are at the forefront.
Following this, on 20–21 December, a Capacity Building Training strengthened the skills and leadership of the same group of youth leaders, equipping them to actively drive initiatives under the SWOCCHAR Project.
These workshops and training were supported by Save the Children and the Embassy of the Netherlands, highlighting the power of inclusive youth leadership and co-creation in shaping impactful campaigns.
