Training of Trainers (ToT)
DCF organized a two-day Training of Trainers (ToT) on Leadership Development from 02–03 August 2025 at the DCF Head Office, Khilgaon, Dhaka.
This initiative aimed to enhance the capacity of facilitators in promoting inclusive leadership within the community.
DCF staff and members actively participated in the training sessions.
