We know that Policy Advocacy Meeting helps people feel more enabled to take control of their own lives and provides practical support to overcome health and social care issues. We organized Policy Advocacy Meeting with local-level government policymakers at our project area khilgaon. Ten local-level government policymakers were present in this meeting. We discussed different types of policy with them like as rights of persons with disabilities act 2013, UNCRPD, Gender issue, and safeguarding policy. Most of the policymakers have no idea about these policies, when we discussed with them deeply then they understood the importance of these policies. After finishing this training, we have taken feedback from them they informed us they will try to follow these policies and also how to develop these policies in our society.
